What kind of information can I see on dashboards?

A Team dashboard shows the widgets an admin chose: the newest articles in a Team folder or a Team channel, articles the Team recently tagged, new Intelligence reports, recent uploads and annotations, the state of the Team's email digests, and links to the Team's assets.

Content widgets

• New articles in Team folder shows the latest articles from a Team folder the admin selects.
• New articles in Team channel shows the latest articles shared to a Team channel.
• Recently tagged shows the articles your Team tagged most recently with a chosen Team tag.
• Intelligence reports shows the Intelligence reports your Team generated most recently.
• Uploads shows the files your Team uploaded most recently.
• Annotations shows the articles with the latest annotations added by your Team.

Feature widgets

• Digests report shows the current status and recent activity of your Team's digests. Where can I view all Team digests? explains the digests page itself.
• Team assets gives quick access to the Team's Folders, Channels, Tags, Digest, Filters and Automated reports.

Read the widgets

Each article widget is set to one source when it's added: Select folder for the Team folder widget, Select channel for the channel widget and Select tag for Recently tagged. The channel widget also offers Magazine view and List view. The Team folder widget refreshes itself every 15 minutes by default.

Every widget header has Refresh content, and collapsible widgets have Collapse, which Inoreader remembers for you alone. A widget appears only to members whose plan has access to it. Personal dashboards have widgets of their own, described in Can I customize dashboard layouts and widgets?.

Plans

Team dashboards are on the Team and Team Intelligence plans, and the Intelligence reports widget needs a Team Intelligence plan or the Reports add-on.
